Hey Guys! My

name is Kristin Epp. I am sixteen years old and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. Before you ask, yes, we have electricity in Nebraska ;) I live with my two younger sisters and my mom and dad.

 

I am very involved in my school's choir. I participate in varsity chorus, show choir, and madrigal, an a Capella jazz choir. So, as you can probably assume, I love singing. Besides choir, I love anything artistic: painting, sketching, jewelry making, cake-decorating, and playing piano. I don't play any sports, because I was gifted absolutely no athletic ability :) A couple of bands I love are Family Force 5, Remedy Drive, Skillet, and Britt Nicole.

 

I have a job at an elementary school daycare program. There are 150 kids every day, so it can be a handful at times. School is also a big part of my life and I am taking 2 AP classes that tend to consume my schedule. My friends are also really important to me. My two best friends and I decided to all go on mission trips this summer through adventures in missions, but to different locations.

 

I absolutely LOVE my church! There are 3000 members, so I am given a lot of opportunities to serve through my youth group. The summer after my 8th grade year, I went to Mexico, which was an eye-opening experience for me. After that trip, I began digging deeper in my bible and further pursuing a relationship with Jesus.  I also had the chance to go on an Urban Plunge last summer. Urban Plunge is through an organization called Christ for the City, and it was a 3 day trip where we got to serve 9 different organizations in our city. It was great to see that I can still be a missionary when I am not half way around the world.

 

I am SO excited for this trip and I can't wait to get to know everyone better! God is going to do amazing things in Bolivia.
