Hello friends! Well, I’m back from the jungle! It was an incredible trip with plenty of interesting experiences. Highlights? I was nearly run over by a pig 3x’s my size, encouraged to feast on grub worm, attacked with raw egg as a birthday gift, and introduced to some great ideas to further ministry in Peru with street children. Needless to say, there was never a dull moment.
…BUT now that I’m back, it’s Bolivia time. So, let's chat.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
So, at least one Sunday we’ll be teaching 3 different age groups of Sunday School classes at the local church. (Age groups: 4-6, 7-9, 10-13)
We can choose from any of the following teaching topics: Creation, Obedience (Gospel presentation), and/or Evangelism.
We’re aiming to have a scripture reference, brief lesson, and craft pulled together before we get to training. I’ve been reading over all of your amazing ideas for the flag and there’s definitely not a lack of creativity on our team! I loved watching you use one another’s ideas to unify your vision. It was amazing.
That being said, I was hoping that one of you would be willing to step up and organize some materials for the Sunday School classes. The more ideas and lessons we have together, the more we’ll have to choose from. I'm confident that many of you could develop some amazing ideas, and I'll be hear to help with any questions you have.
Any takers?
